• Selling electrical items such as Switches, Cables, Wires, Water Heaters, Lightings, Fans, etc
• Analyzing communication needs of customer and consults with staff engineers regarding technical problems
• Recommending items to meet customer requirements
• Reaching the targets and goals set
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Negotiating terms of sale with customer
• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or any related field
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Reporting to senior managers
• At least 4years work sales experience in electrical items
• Fluent in both English and Swahili
• Good communication skills
