Description:

• Implementing the agreed sales and marketing strategy in order to grow the market share of the company by meeting the set sales targets
• Establishing sustainable relationships with clients, brokers, agencies and other financial institutions in order to generate business
• Marketing and distribution of the company products to corporate and related organizations
• Continuous networking in order to increase the brand awareness for the company
• Continuous scanning of the external environment to ensure continued relevance of the sales strategy of the company

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or Insurance related qualification
• At least 5 years sales experience in life Insurance, medical insurance or banking
• Proven valid network within the corporate world
• Good planning ability and high level of innovation
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills in both English and Swahili
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Customer/client care oriented
• Possesses basic computer skills
• The candidate must be able to travel within Tanzania at least 1 week in a month
• Must be well networked in various communities
