Conduct
Mason, Engineer, Architect, Contractor Meet to Excel the Retail Sales
Develop, sell, implement and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed goal
Drive the business cross functionally – working closely with Product, Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams
Facilitate and own the overall account and opportunity planning process from inception to completion.
Manage
the customer relationship and satisfaction by developing a deep
customer knowledge and influence through forging executive relationships
across all customer lines of business
Strengthen company's reputation as a proven partner,
increasing customer satisfaction and revenues and footprint
within the channel
Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually beneficial business plans
Business Development – addition of new partners for higher penetration and de risking the overall operating model
Market
Scoping- organising a largely unorganised segment through turning data
into logical conclusions and maintaining and updating data base of top
customers across the country
Requirements
Engineering Graduate with
minimum 5 years of experience in Cement sale with Institution
Engineer with
good technical knowledge for cement product,quality and standards
Candidate should
be capable to register product with Government agencies and contractor boards
Government and private
tender participation with pre - qualifications bids
Candidate should
be capable of handling contractors, Architects, Structural Engineers and
construction companies to marketing the product and generate cement sales
Candidate should
have good contracts with Road and construction Industry
