Job Responsibilities
- Handling Network of Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Dealers, and Sub- Dealers for sales Growth through Channel sales
- Identify New Markets and Establish Relationship with Existing Distributors, Wholesalers, Dealers, And Sub Dealers
- Analyze How to improve the competitive Position in the Market through Improved Customer Service
- Market Mapping/ Scanning of allocated area
- Price & Activities tracking of competitors
- Regular follow up to Distributors/Dealers/Wholesalers/Retailers regarding payment and order
- Keep watch on Competitors Activities in the Market and Provide Feedback to the Management for Appropriate Action
Qualifications
- Graduate or post Graduate in Marketing or any Business Related field with 6-10 years of sales experience in Cement or construction industry
- Hard working with proven track records in Cement sales. High aggressive and energetic to achieve monthly sales targets with good reputation with customers and markets
- Extensive travelling in his region with good command In English and Kishwahili
- Candidate should be capable to handle a portfolio of 30-40 customers in terms of sales and collection at distant places
- Dealer support for building up sales thru retailers and direct customers
- Capable to conduct marketing activities as sales promotions, sub dealer meet etc
- Good understanding of commercial and contracts
