Position Summary
On behalf of happy client, we are looking for strongly motivated professional Technical Sales Representative to assist in the distribution, sales and promotions of Vehicle Batteries
imported from Japanese manufacturer across Tanzania (Arusha,
Dar-es-Salaam, Mwanza, Mbeya, Morogoro and Zanzibar).
Job Responsibilities
- Meeting spare parts
dealers, major garages, second hand car dealers, petrol stations, major
corporate with own fleet and other prospective customers for distribution, sales and promotion
- Identifying prospects and new revenue streams in Arusha, Dar-es-Salaam, Mwanza, Mbeya, Morogoro and Zanzibar
- Developing sales opportunities with existing accounts
- On-site customer visits with presentations and demonstrations
- Assisting in marketing actions and participating in trade events
- Preparing and discussing quotations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanics / Automobiles Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Good technical knowledge of the vehicles
- Proven commercial feeling and strong negotiating skills
- Proficiency in English and Swahili (both written and spoken)
- Result-oriented, pro-active and enterprising spirit
- Willingness to travel
