Major Responsibilities
- To receive monthly reports from sections of department on daily basis and verify them before submission to Finance Manager
- To receive annual reports from sections of department before 15th day of january each calender year , check and verify them and submit to Finance Manager
- To approve expenditure/ imprest retirements
- Monitor company accounts
- To prepare management reports
- To prepare financial statements
- To review operations of finance department and advice Finance Manager and MD about measures to be taken
- To ensure that all the time the company attain the value for money for goods and services purchased
- To supervise ail staff in finance department
- To perform other duties assigned by Finance Manager or MD
Major Requirements
- Minimum degree in accounts or finance
- CPA or any other relevant professional certification
- 5 years of work experience in finance or accounts field
- Good human resource skills
- Good computer related software • Good reporting skills
