• Manage applied paint samples by preparing and maintaining stocks of the samples to meet the requirements of the sales team
  
• Support the decorative sales team by preparing special samples as well as applying special painting techniques for various sites and shops when requested in order to meet customers requirements
  
• Provide support to Marketing and technical department by working closely during campaigns and preparing samples based on requests in order to achieve successful roll-out of campaigns
  
• Enhance painting application competence by conducting training activities for external painters and internal training activities within Tanzania to ensure high quality application of products
  

• Prepare painting samples and special effect samples
  
• Coordinate with Sales team to conduct the painters training
  
• Coordinate with marketing team on samples stock levels
  
•  Assist in sample application at site when required
  
• Provide assistance during special campaigns
  
• Coordinate with CSD on material stock levels
  

Requirements

• At least High School/A level education with Technical service experience
  
• 4+ years experience in the same field
  
• Should have Paint application techniques
  
• Should be able to speak and write both English and Swahili
