• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Call Center Sales team
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to continuous improve sales
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales Agents as they generate sales
• Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team.
• Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.

Major Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration or any related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership position 
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Lead or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and trainings
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent excel skills and good communication
• Previous experience of managing large teams
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
